Hello! My name is Tegan! I am originally from MO but I followed my military husband around the world and we landed here. I love all things outdoors and adventurous!
I am currently working towards my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With my education and experience, I bridge physical wellness with psychological well being, bringing a unique perspective to clinical mental health counseling. This equips me and allows me to be effective in supporting clients with eating disorders, those using GLP-1 medications, those going through bariatric surgery, and individuals managing chronic diseases.
Even though I specialize in the above, I am passionate about collaborating with all individuals and groups to support and foster mental resilience and growth. I am ready to help anyone who seeks help on their journey to better mental health.
