I was born and raised in Wisconsin before the military brought me and my family to Tennessee.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences and the healing I found
through therapy. Experiencing firsthand the value of having a safe, supportive space to process
life’s challenges inspired me to pursue a career where I could offer that same sense of hope and
healing to others. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, seen, and
supported without judgement. My goal Is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you
can be yourself as we work together towards the changes that matter most to you.
Outside of the therapy office, you’ll often find me at the gym, enjoying the outdoors, or spending
quality time with my family, friends, and two dogs.

I work with adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life
transitions, with a specialty in helping individuals heal from trauma. I understand that trauma can affect every aspect of a person’s life, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing
can happen at a pace that feels right for you.

can happen at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe that therapy works best when you can show up as your authentic self, and I strive to do
the same. The person you meet in the therapy office is the same person I am outside of it. I value
authenticity, honesty, and building a genuine therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and mutual respect. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I believe growth often comes from having honest conversations while feeling supported every step of the way. I will meet you where you are, offer encouragement, challenge unhelpful patterns when needed, and help you develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Because every person’s story is unique, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
I draw from a variety of approaches to best meet your individual needs. I am also trained in
Phase 1 of Brainspotting and incorporate Brainspotting into sessions when it aligns with a
client’s goals and treatment plan. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, develop practical
coping skills, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
