About Me
My name is Sandra and I am originally from Germany. My husband, who retired from
the army a few years ago, has brought me to the US. Clarksville was my first experience living here and we loved it so much that we decided to move back
permanently in 2021. I am also the mother of a wonderful transgender son and have been married now for 19 ye

the army a few years ago, has brought me to the US. Clarksville was my first experience living here and we loved it so much that we decided to move back
permanently in 2021. I am also the mother of a wonderful transgender son and have been married now for 19 years.
Being part of the military community has ignited that interest in helping others as I know what it means to go through different experiences, including deployments and frequent moves. But also going through my own challenges has made me want to support others
and provide a safe and non-judgmental space.
Outside of work, you will find me mainly at home and spending time with my family and friends, and as a German at heart, I really enjoy my coffee and occasionally cake
(Kaffee und Kuchen).

My Approach
To me, the therapeutic relationship has always been the most important tool in my practice, creating that safe and non-judgmental space. I believe that having a holistic
approach with a few sprinkles of appropriate modality such as CBT or ACT, can be such a healing experience.
