own journey with mental health is a big part of what brought me into this field. I know what it
feels like to struggle and feel unsure of the way forward, but I also know what it’s like to come
out the other side with more hope, clarity, and self-understanding.
That experience is what inspired me to become a therapist. I genuinely enjoy sitting with people
in the hard moments and helping them find light in places that feel really heavy. Having once
been on the other side of the therapy room myself, I bring a lot of compassion and real-life
understanding into my work.
My hope is that clients feel safe, seen, and supported when they sit with me and that over time,
they can begin to feel more grounded and hopeful in their own lives.

where you feel safe, heard, and never judged for what you’ve been through. I understand that
healing from trauma is not just about talking through what happened it’s about feeling safe
enough in the present to reconnect with yourself, your emotions, and your sense of stability.
In our work together, I move at a pace that feels manageable for you. We focus on building trust
and emotional safety first, while also gently exploring how past experiences may still be showing
up in your current thoughts, relationships, and patterns. I pay close attention to how the nervous
system responds to stress and overwhelm, and we work on increasing awareness of those
responses in a supportive, grounding way.
I also incorporate practical tools and between-session reflection to help you apply what you’re
learning outside of therapy. This may include identifying triggers, noticing patterns, or exploring
ways to reconnect with your values and sense of identity after difficult experiences.
My goal is to help you feel more empowered and less defined by what you’ve been through. I
believe healing is possible, even when it doesn’t feel that way at the start, and I’m here to walk
alongside you as you rebuild safety, connection, and hope at your own pace.
